qb provides 5 types of qbCards (top up cards): $2, $5, $10, $20, $50
Expiration of your credit regard to your top up
- $1-$4 valid for 45 days
- $5-$19 valid for 180 days
- $20+ valid for 365 days
The longest expired date of all top up will be taken as the account expired date.
The remaining expired balance will be given back if you top up before deactivation.
You can get your deactivated number back only within 90 days after the deactivation date by going to qbCenter with your ID card. qb has rights to resell the number to other customers 90 days after the deactivation date.
