A small number of our users run so called Peer to Peer or file sharing software, transferring video and other large files at day time when the usage of the network is high. Such use during traffic peak times, may affect the speed of the broadband service for other users. We do not believe this is fair to the vast majority of our subscribers.

If you do not use file sharing software or routinely transfer large files it is unlikely you will ever be affected by this policy.

If your internet use is very high, you should choose the qbSurf promotion which allows you to use internet unlimited. With our qbSurf promotion, you are allowed to use up to 15GB (combined upload download) per month (starting from the first time you subscribe to this promotion).

qb's normal data package will fit all normal usage like Web surfing, email and a reasonable amount of downloading and uploading and be feasible for the majority of our users. If, on the other hand, you are using Peer-to-Peer software or are otherwise transferring large amounts of data you may be affected by this policy and qb reserves the right to limit your usage exceeding 15GB.
