A letter from the company will be required if the connection is under a corporate account. Pre-paid customers: Every pre-paid SIM newly purchased after February 2009 is automatically roaming activated (Please confirm with qb sale agents that you need roaming enabled SIM). Customers that received their SIM prior to this date need to bring their SIM to qb Showrooms to have it replaced. No additional deposit is required for this. Existing pre-paid customers can activate roaming, by simply calling qb from the same number and roaming will be activated free of charge. |

After you top up, your scratch card validity will be - $1-$4 valid for 30 days - $5-$19 valid for 180 days - $20+ valid for 365 days The longest expired date of all top up will be taken as the account expired date. The remaining expired balance will be given back if you top up before deactivation. |
